Comprised of 2 developable areas lying east of the Inland Island Highway, Lot 2 is one of Trilogy's largest holdings, with rural acreages to the north and the bottom tip of Maple Lake to the west. On its southern edge, the Village's Chinese Cemetary separates Lot 2 from the Lifestyle Village proposed for Lot 4; its proximity to this mixed use centre makes it easily walkable to the shops and services that are planned there.

Because Lot 2 contains a large environmental reserve; only 47 of its total 110 acres will be developed. Gravel extraction currently occurs on the centre of this site, which will continue on a temporary basis.
