Comprised of 3 land areas which flank the Comox Valley Parkway at the northern edge of town, Lot 3 forms the northern gateway to the Village; signalling to the traveller that despite the rural vistas around them, they are close to the servces and amenities of Cumberland. West of the Parkway, Lots 3A and 3B are hghly visible to southbound traffic, while across the Parkway, Lot 3C is in an excellent position to capture traffic moving north towards Courtenay.
