Lot 6 offers outstanding Inland Island Highway exposure for businesses which require a sizable building footprint and parking opportunities, combined with adjacency to a variety of neighbouring Retail and mixed-use sites on Lots 4, 5 and 7.

The Master Plan shows vehicular access to Lot 6 from a new service boulevard, which allows for more clearly defined access to parking and visibility to building entrances from the interior of the lot. This boulevard links Lots 5 through Lot 7, making it easy for vehicular customers to move safely from one establishment to another, while a dedicated nature trail along the Highway provides additional access to pedestrians and bicycles.

To the east of Lot 6 on non-Trilogy land, there is an established light-industrial enclave with no highway frontage.
