East of the Inland Island Highway, Lot 1 is comprised of extensive wetlands surrounded by existing rural acreages to the north and east. During the Master Plan process, Trilogy determined that Lot 1 should be retained as a wetland and environmental preserve, due to its sensitive natural site characteristics.
