It’s the lot they’ve been waiting for, and this week, Cumberland council gave Trilogy’s large commercial component first and second reading.

They did so while also allowing some residential development on Trilogy’s Lot 6 on the east side of the Inland Island Highway, but limiting commercial uses that would be allowed there. Read more.
