Community Partnership
When Trilogy secured 10% of Cumberland’s total land mass, you might say that it became a member of the community “by default”, even though it is not a resident. Over the next decade, Cumberland’s future and Trilogy’s future are connected, so Trilogy has become involved in aspects of the community that it believes to be beneficial to the community.
While development is and will remain Trilogy’s major focus, the approach that it takes when it is acting as an event sponsor or contributing to a local charity is the same as when its working on a development project. Whether it is through sponsorship of local events like the 2007 Taiwanese Lantern Festival or regional events like the Saving Small Towns Conference, or through working with the Comox Valley Economic Development Society to promote the region as a whole, Trilogy takes its responsibility within the community seriously.
