Community Partnership

When Trilogy secured 10% of Cumberland's total land mass back in 2005, you might say that it became a member of the community "by default", even though it is based in Vancouver.

Over the next decade, Cumberland's future and Trilogy's future are connected, so Trilogy has and will continue to become involved in aspects of the community that it believes will promote the growth of the Village and the region as a whole.

While development remains at the center of Trilogy's focus, the approach that it takes when it is acting as an event sponsor or contributing to a local charity is as professional as when it is working on a development project. Whether it is through sponsorship of local events like the Taiwanese Lantern Festival, regional events like the Saving Small Towns Conference (2006), or through ongoing work with the Comox Valley Economic Development Society, Trilogy takes its responsibility within the community seriously.
